AMAT Announces New Advisory Board Officers


The Association for Multicultural Affairs in Transplantation (AMAT) is proud to announce the selection of its new Advisory Board officers. These dedicated leaders bring a wealth of experience, commitment, and insight to the AMAT Advisory Board and will help guide its work in supporting AMAT’s mission to increase organ and tissue donation and transplantation in multicultural communities.

Newly Elected Officers:

Chair:
Woodlhey C. Ambroise

Senior Director of Organ Operations and Surgical Recovery, LifeGift
Woodlhey brings extensive clinical and operational expertise and currently serves as Vice Chair of AMAT’s Clinical Committee.

Vice Chair:
Dr. R. Kelvin Satcher

President and CEO, Clinical Transplant Specialist, LLC
A past AMAT President, Dr. Satcher currently serves as an Advisory Board member and Chair of the Bylaws Committee. He brings over 30 years of experience in the field of donation and transplantation.

Secretary:
RaChelle Ann Gruba

Advisory Board Member
RaChelle is a longtime contributor to AMAT’s mission and a former Chair of AMAT’s Native American Workgroup. She brings over three decades of experience in the field and a history of service in documentation and organizational roles.

We are excited to welcome these officers into their new leadership roles and look forward to their continued contributions to the AMAT community.
