Audrey Holtzman Named Incoming President-Elect of the Association for Multicultural Affairs in Transplantation (AMAT)

The Association for Multicultural Affairs in Transplantation (AMAT) is proud to announce that Audrey Holtzman, MPH, has been named Incoming President-Elect, effective January 1, 2026. Her selection follows a recommendation by the AMAT Nominating Committee and a subsequent vote of the AMAT Governing Board.
Audrey currently serves as Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at Network for Hope, where she has worked for more than six years. In this role, she leads the organization’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) strategies, advancing cultural competence and helping to build more inclusive and equitable systems of care for donor families and communities.
A dedicated champion for equity in donation and transplantation, Audrey brings extensive experience in community engagement and cross-sector collaboration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Phoenix, as well as certifications in Volunteer Administration from the Cincinnati Association of Volunteer Administration and in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging from Cornell University.

- Active member, AMAT African American Workgroup
- Board member, Most Valuable Kids of Greater Cincinnati and the Alliance for Leadership and Interconnection
- Advisory Board member, African Professional Network
This leadership transition reflects AMAT’s ongoing commitment to inclusive, community-centered governance. Audrey’s deep understanding of the field, passion for justice, and ability to bring people together will be instrumental as AMAT continues to expand its reach and impact.
Outside of her professional work, Audrey enjoys traveling, especially to her home country of Liberia, West Africa, and spending time with her husband, four adult children, extended family, and friends. She also prioritizes health and wellness through regular exercise.
Her new role marks a continued step forward in AMAT’s commitment to inclusive leadership and community-driven impact across the field of donation and transplantation.
