Exhibit space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis — so the earlier you register, the better your placement.

Exhibitor Hours
Products & Payment
- Exhibited products or services must be those normally manufactured or supplied by the exhibitor.
- Full payment is required with the signed agreement to qualify for priority table assignment.
- Exhibitors will receive confirmation of their assigned space.
Exhibitor Activities
- Distribution of advertising and souvenirs must be confined to the exhibitor’s booth.
- Canvassing in the exhibit hall, or distribution of materials outside the booth, is prohibited.
Film, Sound & Lighting
- Sound movies, slide shows, or other audio devices must be kept at conversational levels.
- Equipment that emits excessive noise must be run intermittently, for specific demonstrations only.
Space & Equipment
- Subletting of space is prohibited — only one organization may exhibit in a single space.
- Standard exhibit space includes one 6-foot draped table. Electrical outlets, chairs, and other equipment may be requested at additional cost.
Freight, Fire & Liability
- Exhibitors are responsible for contacting the hotel’s loading dock supervisor to reserve dock space and freight elevators; hotel personnel will not load or unload trucks.
- Exhibitors assume responsibility for compliance with local fire, safety, and health regulations. All display parts must be flameproof.
- AMAT is not liable for damage, theft, or injury to equipment or persons. The exhibitor will indemnify AMAT for any liability caused by breach of obligation.
- AMAT reserves the right to rent or repurpose any unoccupied space.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received on organizational letterhead, postmarked prior to July 25, 2026, will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations after this date.
